To place an order, browse our online store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You may also create an account in advance for a faster experience. During checkout, you will need to enter your delivery address and complete your payment to confirm the order.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you notice an issue, please contact our customer support as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

1. Where do you deliver? ▾
We currently deliver across the Republic of Cyprus using Akis Express Courier Service. At the moment, we do not deliver outside Cyprus.
2. How long does delivery take? ▾
Delivery usually takes up to 2 working days once Akis Express receives your parcel. Delivery times may be slightly longer during busy periods or holidays.
3. How much does delivery cost? ▾
Delivery charges depend on your order total:
• Under €50: €4.00
• €50 and over: FREE delivery

4. How can I track my delivery? ▾
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking link by email. Akis Express will also notify you when your parcel is out for delivery.
5. Do you deliver on weekends? ▾
Orders are prepared Monday–Sunday, 08:00–18:00. Deliveries are handled by the courier according to their operating schedule.
6. What happens if I’m not home when the courier arrives? ▾
