Delivery takes up to 5 working days once Akis Express receives your parcel.

Orders are prepared Monday–Sunday, 08:00–18:00.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is ready.

Most orders ship within 5-6 working days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are prepared accordingly and shipped on the next working day.

1. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is ready to ship. Akis Express will also notify you when the parcel is on its way.
2. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes up to 6 working days after Akis Express collects your order. Times may extend during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
3. Can I change my delivery address?
The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed. Contact us immediately via email if you notice a mistake.
4. Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?
Orders are prepared Monday–Sunday, 08:00–18:00. Deliveries are handled by the courier according to their operating schedule.
5. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking link first. If still unresolved, email us with your order number and tracking information.
6. Are delivery costs included?
Delivery fees depend on your order total. Please refer to the Delivery Charges section above.
7. What happens if I’m not home?
The courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery, depending on their policy.
8. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Specific delivery time slots are not currently available. Deliveries take place during standard working hours.
9. Do you deliver outside Cyprus?
No — we deliver only within the Republic of Cyprus.
10. Can I combine my orders?
Each order is processed separately and shipped individually. Delivery charges apply per order.
11. What if my parcel is damaged?
Take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then email us with your order number. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
12. Who is responsible during delivery?
Once Akis Express collects your parcel, the courier is responsible for delivery.
13. How can I reduce delivery delays?
Ensure your address is correct and complete, provide a reachable phone number, and track your order.
